One email address, one person, real answers: keys@scoopkit.dev.
Use it for API key issues, billing questions about the Pro tier, bug reports, or anything about the taxonomy or event schema that looks wrong when you hit it. There's no support ticket queue and no chatbot in front of it.
Scoopkit is a one-person project, so there's no guaranteed response-time SLA the way a larger company might publish. In practice, most emails get a real reply within a day or two.
If you're reporting a security issue, use the same address and say so in the subject line.
For general questions about how Scoopkit works, check the getting-started guide, the blog, or the API docs first. Most "how does X work" questions are already answered there in more detail than a quick email reply would give.
